Julie Dillon New York Dress

Gorgeous pleated colorblock dress from Bloomingdales! Designer is Julie Dillon, and it was only worn twice. Dress zips up the back and has a belt that goes through two loops on the side of dress. There seems to be a small loop that was on the front, but wasn't there at time of purchase. Perfect for a bridal shower!
