Juliana Masterpiece 3 inch Brooch

This gorgeous 3-inch brooch by DeLizza and Elster, better known as Juliana, features the trademark open backed rhinestones and overall excellent workmanship. Jewel tone rhinestones in shades of ruby red, emerald green, sapphire blue, and smoked topaz are set in a gold plated setting. The brooch measures approximately 3 inches wide.
