Julian Taylor V neck stretchy teal blue dress size 14

Julian Taylor brand - V neck, short sleeves and stretchy. Dress is a teal blue color. V neck with decorative material ruffles. Notice the ruffle on the cap sleeves. Back has tailored seams and front is more flowy. See last picture for better idea of color. Great condition. I measure across the back armpit to armpit 22" and shoulder to hem 36"
