A fabulous red dress by Julian Joyce made by Mandalay. Dress features a plunging neck line and silver floral print appliques with sequins. Dress is in great condition, it does need new ring straps to make it adjustable. You can see I had to clip straps to make it fit the chest area. This is an easy fix and price is reflected.
