Is this off the shoulder when you wear it?

@nals1978 to be honest it’s never really actually fit me to wear but definitely not off the shoulder, the straps likely don’t face straight up, I would say they sit more toward the shoulder but just slightly. I will say it is more of a size 0-2 than a 4 though.
