These Jules & Leopold Cropped Boot Cut Stretch Waist Dress Pants With Fake Pockets have no real pockets and the waist has a large stretchy band. They also have a lot of stretch in the body. They are very soft - a nice thick fabric! Well made! They have hardly no signs of wear, as I used a fabric shaver to get most of the fuzz balls off. The fabric does NOT have holes near the crotch from wear, as shown in photos. These black pants still look as black as when I bought them. I wash my clothes in woolite, which is why the colors don’t fade. It is 68% rayon, 27% nylon, 5% spandex. Made in Cambodia. Right around 35 inches long from top to the bottom. Around 15 1/2 inches wide in the waist. Around 7 1/2 inches wide from seam to seam of the boot cut bottom. Price is reflected from what I mentioned above. Price is final, unless I choose to lower it.
