🌈SALE🌈 Jules Cherèt Musée Grévin Framed ????

My father an I purchased this at auction house in NYC . I do NOT KNOW if it’s a Lithograph a Serialgrath or what??? It has already been matted and framed which I never changed. The frame is Gilited Gold w touches of Black and wood. Unfortunately, since moving it is much too large for my home now If you possibly have additional information and details please let me know.
