Juimsuit wide leg

Sweet wanderer mint/green floral jumpsuit with Sleeveless Ruffle with wide elastic band. Sage dotted jumpsuit from Sweet Wanderer. I bought it but when tried on, I realized it runs a bit small- please review measurements for proper fit! Wide elastic waistband in back. Flutter capped sleeves. ** please be advice that while I was placing the jumpsuit to take picture, it got stuck on some roughy area and it slightly mess up the shoulder where the flutter sleeve is. One of the pictures ls showing where the messy area is. >(.
