Can you list measurements? This looks small in the pic. Tight fitting or a true large?

Hello - It measures 11" wide and 23" long however it stretches easily to 18" wide. It's actually larger than it looks. It's form fitting and sleeves are extra long. Neckline is wide as well. Also has a cute JC gold colored attached logo in lower front right that is not in the pic.
