New with tags. Black velour with taupe scottie dogs embroidered on. Bag comes with crossbody strap as well as shoulder strap. Also includes attached inner pouch as well as a black dust bag. The hardware is silver. I have included a picture of what the bag looks like from the website. **NOTE: This bag DOES NOT INCLUDE the heart/JC bag charm. The bag did not come with it when I recieved it in the mail and it will cost me too much to send it back.**
