phoenixflame @cathyc0318 hi ! I thought Judy blue is odd sizes ? (Size 1/25 inches, size 3/27 inches size 5/29 inches…. If you are a 28 you’re probably a department store 5? I think the medium will definitely work. A large would be too big on you. But I’ll measure and take more pics do you can get a better idea
