Judith Short Sleeve Abstract Blouse with Smocked Waist

This short sleeves abstract blouse has elastic around arms (which is loose), around the neckline as well as having a stretchy smocked waistband. The colors in this blouse are black, gray, purple, pink & burgundy. Only worn a couple of times & in great shape. No flaws. I’m not sure what the materials are but it has a slight sheen & is stretchy. Pit to pit is approx 24”.
