Judith March Strapless Dress

NWT. This is a beautiful little strapless cotton blend dress by Judith March. It has very sweet embroidery at the bottom. Would make a great Easter dress alone or paired with a cardigan. Ruching through the torso of the back. Tags are still attached. I don’t see a size tag anywhere. I would guess it is a small. (Horizontal measurements don’t include the stretch that the ruching and elastic waist will give). Pit to pit: 15 inches Empire waist: 13 inches Length down side seam: 26 inches
