Judith March Strapless Blue Floral Embroidery

This is a fun strapless dress. Has unique floral embroidery and appliqués on the front. Crochet lace trim along the bottom. No size tag but based on how it fits my dress form I would say medium, maybe even a small. The smallest part of the waist side to side measurement is 13” but there is a lot of stretch with the ruching back. Slip on style, no zippers. Pearl like button details on the bodice. Has a bit of a retro, vintage pinup look to it. C
