Joyfolie Emily dress in “teal” size XS. NWT

This dress is new with tags. Size XS. Taken out of bag to try on and was too small/short. My daughter wears a 0-2 in juniors and is 5’6”so I would say this would be better for a 00/0 and 5’4” or shorter. Color is teal but it’s more of a regular green to me. The Hemline is off set as you can see in stock photo. Very pretty and flattering.
