This is two different foldable storage bins from the Joy Mangano closet organization system. These have not been out of the package. The smaller one is a sectioned bin. The larger one has a lid. tplrefindery @ravishingrabbit I'm not home to measure these at the moment, plus they are new in the package and not sure if I can open them without messing that up. But I found a video online where they were talking about this system. The box with the lid should be 12" x 16" x 10" tall. They didn't share the measurement of the smaller bin, but it looks to me like it's about 1/4 the size of the bigger box, or maybe a touch bigger.
