Jovoni custom black fringe dress

The fringe is fragile so wear with care. In good shape only worn 1x out and 2x for photos. I am a size 2-4 run slightly big so consider up to a 6. A couple threads are at the halter however can be easily hidden/Fixed. Great for a pageant, prom, or homecoming. 😊 willing to negotiate price
