Jovani size 10, smooth transition ballroom, dancing gown

This dress was used in a ballroom, dancing competition for the smooth transition dancing has been altered. I have shortened the straps and add padded cups, and also sewn the front breast together and added a rhinestone, see photos and measurements. This is a jovani full skirt, rhinestone embellished, open side size 10.
