Beautiful prom dress by Jovani Dress is new but tag was removed assuming I’d wear it. I did not get to wear it 😞 Comes from a clean and smoke free home! I always ship VERY promptly via USPS with tracking! Top is a really unique faux leather material with a cutout design, and the skirt is attached, floor length, black and a stretchy material.
