Jovani elegant formal dress

Elegant but sexy black with tan cut out formal dress. Perfect for a fancy new year party or black tie event! Worn once. Says size 12 but I had it taken in to be more like an 8/10. Long in length because the train. Has built in boob pads. Could fit anywhere between an 8-12 as it’s stretchy. No trades/low balls this was originally a $600 dress.
