Fully lined with boning and back zipper, has padded bust cups. This dress offers a lot of stretch. Now, it stayed in place on my mannequin but my manni does not move. It should stay up without a strap on the suggested size. If you need to have it hemmed, your seamstress could create a new strap from the excess fabric or jeweled straps could be found to add support. I believe it originally had straps, none included, one thread loop is broken on inside strap. Gently pre-owned.
