Jovani Contemporary Maslavi RTW Cocktail Dress

Black fitted off the shoulder knee length floral beaded cocktail dress. Material is thicker (similar to scuba material). There are only a few loose threads. Do not have leftover beads. Will need to be dry cleaned. This dress is a show stopper and elegant! So sad to part with this dress but have retired from pageants.
