Light blue/royal blue flowers, sparkles embedded on top and stop around waist. Mesh material around waist. No rips or tears, only alter was to shorten it (I’m 5’2 and I altered the dress so that i was about 5’5 in heels) and took one layer out of the skirt so that it wasn’t as poofy. JVN 50050
