Jovani 59762 Prom dress in periwinkle purple

This was a size 8 that we had professionally altered down to a size 4 as this periwinkle/lavender color was difficult to find in her size. Jovani dress 59762. My daughter is 5’5” and wearing heels in the dress, we didn’t take anything off the bottom. The sheer panel on either side was reduced so the fabric pattern wasn’t interrupted to size it down. This also made it fit in a way that’s less likely to offer accidental peeks through the sides. The straps were also taken in to bring the dress up and thin cups sewn in the lining at the appropriate height. This dress is slim fitting but flares to allow for wider hip clearance and better movement while dancing. Honestly a truly stunning dress, she has considered just wearing it again for her senior ball as we’re having a difficult time finding a dress that beats it. Photos don’t do it justice.
