Jovani 58470 strapless top with tulle skirt cocktail dress!

Hi!! This is size 8 jovani white and silver dress. It was slightly altered in the bust and the skirt was altered to make it a little less poofy. It was never worn since my celebration was cancelled due to covid. The dress was purchased around January 2020 and has been sitting in my closet covered in plastic since.
