This size 12 jacket is from Joules and was only worn a few times. It is a waterproof jacket with a hood and a cotton lining. It zips but also has toggles. It has pockets. There are no flaws, stains or imperfections and the jacket comes from a smoke and pet free home. I am 5’9” and the jacket hits right at the top of my thighs.
