Joules rain boots, big girl size 1, solid pink with reflective area on back

Joules brand rain boots. Little girls size 1. Solid pink with light sheen/glittery look. Reflective strips on back. Buckles on sides (some missing paint on buckle of right boot). Soles in great shape. Shows a little dirt, but overall GUC. Please see photos for measurements.
