Joules polka dot rain boots/wellies

Navy and white polka dots brighten up any rainy day. These adorable boots have only seen light wear (2-3x) and have tons of life left in them. Very minor wear as captured in photos. I’m moving to the desert and won’t need them anymore, make me an offer!
