Joseph Ribkoff Size 12 black dress w/leather buckle detail and wired collar. This is a plunge neck faux wrap dress but not low enough to have to wear something under like a bralette. The collar is wired so you can design how you wear it. It stays in the position where you have bent it, to lie flat or to stand up to your choosing. Very stretchy but is designed to be a bodycon.
