Women's white sleeveless designer blouse by Joseph Ribkoff, size 8. This blouse is layered with a longer stretchy tank-like sheath underneath the whispy. feathery looking top layer. See 4th picture to get an idea of what she sides look like up close. There is also a silver engraved button about 3/4 of the way down on each side. The heck is rounded but now too low. There are no care instructions included, but I would think it should either be hand washed or in machine on gentle cycle, cold.
