These pants are loose and flowy. The front has a panel that looks almost like a skirt. The sides of the pant legs are not stitched, but have overlapping panels so that when you move, it does not feel constricting. The material is soft and stretchy jersey (the care tag is missing). Truly a great summer pant. EUC.
