Designed in breathable chiffon, this Joseph Ribkoff top is made with elastic at the waist that gives a blouson look. It also features a scoop neckline, cold shoulder, and chiffon three-quarter length sleeves. The under camisole is a sleeveless silky knit. Approximate measurements: shoulder to hemline 23"; bust 20"; sleeve 18". 100% Polyester. Hand or machine wash cold with garment inside out, hang to dry, do not dry clean.
