This Joseph Ribkoff bolero jacket is designed in a solid color of Sapphire Blue with an open front and built in shoulder pads. It also features 3/4 sleeves with covered button accents and a hem cropped at the waist. Approximate measurements: shoulder to hemline 18"; bust 20"; sleeves 19". Fabric is a silky knit of 96% Polyester, 4% Spandex. Hand wash in cold water, hang dry. Do not dry clean.
