Joseph Ribkoff sleeveless sheath dress in a blue and green floral print on a white background. The dress has a belted look with a bow accent and jewel crest detail. The dress has a bateau neckline and cap sleeves. It is knee length. Wear to any special event - wedding, luncheon, etc. The back of the dress has a v-neck, and back zipper (The zipper pull has a crystal). Care is hand wash (I used Eucalan Delicate wash). The dress is a US 14. However, it is on the small size of a 14 so please review the photos of the measurements.
