Joseph Ribkoff Floral Open Arm Blouse

Joseph Ribkoff floral 3/4 sleeved blouse in excellent condition. Has a tie at waist to make a bow. Arms have double slit openings (see 5th pic.) The material tag has been cut out but this is likely a polyester spandex blend. It is very stretchy. Comfortable and great closet staple to elevate an outfit. Great for day to evening. Pit to pit is 23 inches and length is 23 inches. Bin J
