The size of 44R is based upon measurements I took of my tux suit when compared with the measurements of several other Tux Suits listed as 44R where comparable measurements were given. My measurements are as follows (please consider carefully the measurements and not the 44R, as 44R is just my best guess): Chest 44" Shoulder-to-Shoulder 20 1/2" Total jacket length 33" Arm Length 25" Bicep 6" Sleeve Opening 6" Trouser Length 30" (there is approximately 2 1/4" that can be let out to lengthen trousers) Waist 36" Both jacket and trousers are in excellent condition with no tears, stains, holes or other damage that I could see. Please study photos to see how I measured everything. I only wore this a few times. Kept in a pet-free, smoke-free home.
