This pre-owned Joseph A. champaign-colored silk and metallic sparkle cardigan has 8 mother of pearl buttons in front. Qu'est-ce Que C'est translates to "What is this" It's beautiful, festive, without being over the top. You could really wear it year round. Sometimes you just want a little sparkle. It is labeled a size L but it seemed small when I put it on my mannequin. The approximate measurements are: 21" underarm to underarm. 18" underarm to cuff. 20" neck to hem. The tag is close to coming loose.
