Lovely and versatile short sleeve blouse! Has a soft and stretchy navy blue tank lining with a silky, flowy, semi sheer outer layer. Nautical rope design is elegant and classy. Elastic around the waist, the fitted inner tank, and flowy outer layer give this a very flattering shape. Perfectly comfortable for everyday wear or work outfit, nice enough to dress up for an outing or more formal occasion. Bought brand new but only wore once or twice. Doesn't fit quite the way id like it to unfortunately. Hope someone can give it more life!
