daywensgoods @ski_fanatic Sure, from the very top of the cowl to the bottom hem is 26". From the seam at the bottom of the cowl/neckline to bottom hem is 20". From bottom of armpit straight across to other armpit is about 17". It's stretchy, so I'm trying not to stretch it out when measuring across bust.

daywensgoods @ski_fanatic I see what you're saying. It's not snug on a normal sized neck for a Large. It's a loose cowl, not a snug turtleneck. I'm happy to take measurements or answer anything else.
