37 is my normal Euro size in most shoe brands. I bought a new pair of this same shoe a couple months ago, and the heel slipped badly in both shoes, had to return. Did these fit well at the heel for you? Interested!

@caledoniajoy the insole measures about 9.5 inches, if you compare that to shoes that fit you well, that might help. My guess is they may run closer to a US 6.5 than a 6.
