Full circle skirt with tulle petticoat. Perfect flower girl, pageant, princess dress (it reminds my girls of Tiana from the Princess and the Frog!). Pit to pit - 11.25” Waist - 10.75” Length - 32.5” Condition: VGUC - excellent if not for one small mark on the back…it will be covered by the sash when tied (final picture).
