warrenry @lananhvu26295 my apologies that there were no insoles. Despite that, the shoes are in great condition and they are worth well over the $20 I sold them for. I still hope they could be of use to you, if not reposh them. Have a great day.

warrenry @lananhvu26295 not a problem, I’ve already apologized for the mistake. Not sure what more you want to do at this point. The window for a refund has already closed. Reposh the item with insoles to make the $20 you wish you didn’t spend with me. I know someone will buy them because the shoes are in great condition and insoles can be easily replaced.
