This Jones of New York Woman Blouse was advertised as No-Iron. I personally always ironed it, but the pictures are of the blouse freshly washed, so the choice is up to you. The collar is different as well. I have illustrated in the pictures that no folded collar exists in the back and then a folded V-neck in front. Finally, the blouse has princess seams in front and back for a more fitted fit.
