From the Jones of New York petite collection. This top is sleeveless but there is a small cap like sleeve that comes just off the shoulder but still is sleeveless. The garment is printed by hand and has a stinking appeal with the black shoulders and burnt orange color trim at the bottom. This item is new and never worn with the tags still on.
