This liquid eyeshadow is described by Jones Road as “a silver brown with multidimensional shimmer”. The combination of cool silver shimmer and warm base color is so special. It goes on with a very smooth, almost glass like sheen that is very different from the Best Eyeshadows and Just A Sec eyeshadows. In fact, Sparkle Wasy layers great over those products to give them more depth and a smoother, wet looking shine that is pretty spectacular on a smoky eye. But at the same time, Sparkle Wash is sheer and can blend out to nothing, so it also works for daytime and casual events. I bought this tube just a couple of months ago.
