Is this sticky ? Any color when applied? Shimmer?

@brendatemple240 it does seem to have a little bit of stickiness, but goes on more sheer, it doesn’t have a sparkle or shimmer. It gives a little bit of a glow if you will, but it would also depend on your skin tone
