@karkar5092 This is a halter & can tie as tight/loose as you like. I'm a DD & it stretched to fit me fine. If smaller chested, just won't show as much cleavage. It has stretchy fabric & full skirted so there really is no way to give actual measurements because it will stretch to fit larger sizes and gather to fit smaller. This dress can actually fit anyone size10 to 14 because of the material and style. The length depends on how tight you tie it. Sorry can't give exact measurements :-(
