@abbylop7676 hi! 16.5” shoulder to shoulder,and the length for sleeves is 23.5”See pictures.
Yes, there are shoulder pads and I would say it’s on the thicker side due to the 75%wool.
Also, I measured the back of the inside from armpit to armpit it’s 19”and from the armpit to the end of the front is 10-10.5”wide. See Pictures.This measurement should help you figure out if it will fit.
