Jones New York Signature black eyelet skirt

Lightweight cotton, lined in white, scalloped hem. As shown in photo hem has tiny threads that look like fraying. Not noticeable, must be the nature of the fabric. Could be trimmed. I don’t think this has been worn. Side zipper.
