This is a Jones New York signature jacket. It's a short jacket that ends at the waist. The jacket has a velvet collar, two breast pockets, and two pockets at the waist. The design is a brown brocade design. Tagged size is petite Small. Measurements taken while the Garment was laying flat and then doubled. Bust 35.5" around. Shoulder to shoulder 14.75".
